The second Alt.Net Oresund meeting was held yesterday at ITU. We weren’t as many as the first meeting in Malmö, but this is most like because there was no pizza and beer this time around. We’ll have to work on our pizza and beer suppliers…

We had a couple of lightning talks (although it turned out to be very difficult to stick to the 10 minute limit, so it might be more accurately categorized as rolling thunder talks), and I would like to thank Nicolai Nyberg for delivering a fine introduction to Enterprise Service Bus architectures. The slides have been posted in the group.

We also had some very lively open space sessions and I hope everyone had a good time and that we will see you again in future meetings!

ITU turned out to be a very fine setting for the meeting, so lets hope we can go there again if we cannot find a company near a train station connected to Sweden that will have us.

It seems there was some confusion as to whether the meeting was Tuesday or Thursday of this week, but please be aware that it was Tuesday, and there will be no meeting on Thursday!

The next meeting will be in Malmö, we just need to decide on a date.
